All our products are guaranteed. However, if a product shows some kind of flaw or damage, it will be possible to replace it by a similar one or a refund, whatever option the customer prefers.
To start the return process, the customer needs to contact our Customer Service Department calling +34 927 386 343 or via e-mail to email@example.com. The customer will explain the details and, if applicable, we will provide instructions to process the return or replacement.
In case of any open pieces, the customer will need to keep at least 80% of its original weight in order to request a return.
The return or replacement will be free of charge for the customer once authorized by the corresponding PASTOVELIA department.
