The result is a light and thin semi-hard rind. Its main feature is a very creamy texture, which makes that sometimes, at certain point of ripening, it needs to be bandaged around to prevent the paste, of a white to ivory color, from leaking through the cracks of the still soft rind. It has dairy and vegetable aromas and an intense and developed taste, so it feels like melting in the mouth, very low in salt and slightly bitter. This last characteristic is due to the use of vegetarian rennet.

Presentation in an app. 650 g format, perfect for household consumption. 

El resultado es un queso de corteza ligera y fina, semidura, su principal característica es su textura altamente cremosa, que hace que en determinados momentos de la maduración debe ser vendado para evitar que la pasta, de color entre blanco y marfil, se derrame a través de las grietas de la aun blanda corteza. Con aromas lácticos y vegetales, y un gusto intenso y desarrollado, resulta fundente al paladar, muy poco salado y ligeramente amargo, característica esta que se debe al uso de cuajo vegetal.
